Iron Powder
Products
- Iron powders are produced by the state of art electro deposition from extremely low carbon mild steel sheets.
- Sub-micron and Nano grades are produced by attrition.
- 99.5 % is routine purity, which can go as high as 99.9 % if required specifically.
- -325 mesh is standard grade for diamond tools. -400 mesh, -500 mesh, 10 microns, 5 microns, 3 microns, 1 micron, Sub-micron, and Nano powders are available ex stock.
- 2.8 Gm/cc is standard apparent density for diamond Tools, though 0.5 to 3.0 Gm/cc can be offered at a short notice.
- All the grades are stabilized against oxidation. Normal shelf life varies between 3 and 6 months.
- Representative grades are listed in the table below.
